From a Qigong point of view, you are an energy being having a human experience! The aura is the aspect of your energy that connects to the world around you; it is the energy field of your personality that records and stores all the information from your experiences, feelings, emotions and memories. Since the aura is constantly engaging with the world, if your aura is balanced and strong you will be protected and radiate. If the aura is weak, you will be susceptible to emotional disturbances and get thrown off balance easily when facing life challenges. When the aura is weak it is also easier for external pathogens to invade your body and get sick or injured. So it’s very important to clear the negative charges being held in the aura and strengthen the aura on a daily basis.

The Cosmic Egg Meditation is an ancient Qigong practice with it's roots in China and Tibet. This meditation is designed to strengthen your core energy and attune your energy body to your perfect shape of creation- the egg shaped aura.
