AUTUMN FULL MOON MEDITATION
Meditating during the full moon is a time of great spiritual transformation and profound stillness. The full moon is considered the most powerful time of the month to open your Central Channel, awaken your Shen spirit and synchronize your energy with the universe.
The Autumn Full Moon Meditation is designed to align your energy with the season of Autumn. Autumn is the time of year when nature is letting go, so it is an important time for us to let go and release what does not serve our highest good. The sequence includes energy warm ups, a forgiveness prayer and a guided internal alchemy practice to charge your body with the full moon energy. It can be done standing in wuji posture, seated on a chair or sitting on the floor.
I recommend to do the meditation outdoors underneath the full moon. If you can't sit outdoors, if it's too cold or you don't have access, the meditation can be done indoors. But if it's possible, take at least five minutes to go outdoors and gaze at the moon to make the connection, and then go indoors and do the meditation.
