Like old leaves falling from the trees, season of Autumn supports our ability to let go and go with the flow. When we resist letting go, the result is an accumulation of acquired Qi. We acquire external Qi from spaces, people, situations, sex and food. We also hold on to internal Qi through our beliefs, judgements, experiences, traumas and emotions. ABOUT THE AUDIO DOWNLOAD:

Human beings are very special! We are consciousness beings, living in a physical body on an epic planet. Within the human matrix we experience life through three basic bodies: the physical body, energy body and consciousness body. These three bodies are all interconnected; an imbalance in one body will create an imbalance in all bodies. Acquired Qi can accumulate in any of the three bodies.This meditation is designed to guide you to let go within all three layers as well as focusing on the primary organ of Autumn, the lungs.

PART 1 - LET GO IN THE PHYSICAL BODY LAYER: In this layer we use the meditation technique of body scanning by placing objective awareness on the physical body and making the intention to relax.


PART 2 - LET GO IN THE ENERGY BODY LAYER: In this layer we use the meditation technique of scanning, sinking and dissolving to dissipate the energetic charge in the body.


PART 3 - LET GO IN THE MIND-CONSCIOUSNESS BODY LAYER: In the consciousness layer, rather than using the mind to analyze, we again scan the body and expand the space around the head. This part also uses simplified EMDR to delete old programs in the mind.


PART 4 - LET GO IN THE LUNGS: Each season it is very important to connect to the organ spirit that is active during that period and give them love and attention. The organ of Autumn is the lungs. Smiling at the lungs and letting go of pent up sadness, grief or depression is a wonderful way to invoke courage and freedom.
