The price less 15% bank charges and booking fee ($100) is refundable until December 19th, 2024. In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person as long as you notify us with 30+ days' notice. In case of cancellation due to natural disaster, pandemic or unforeseen circumstances on behalf of organizers you will receive a full refund of all funds. Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel your trip and/or flights.

Shared room policy *

Rooms are arranged according to gender. Females room with females. Males rooms with males. Your gender identification should be specified on the registration form. Other than gender, the participants chosen in shared rooms are random, unless you specify a person that you would like to share a room with. We do not accommodate requests like "no snoring roommate" or age specific roommate. By choosing a shared room, you accept the roommate that you get.

Waiver *

I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with Yoga and any physical exercise. I accept those risks and enter this Yoga Intensive freely of my own decision. I will hold no-one (including VIKASA, Marisa Cranfill, or the assistants, Pavel Bahushevich) to blame for any injury, whether physical or mental arising out of my attendance at the intensive, associated exercises, following of any printed literature, and use of the premises.
