Marisa is offering a series of free monthly webinars to support your study and connect you with others taking the Online Training course. The webinar uses the Zoom platform, which allows a large amount of people to participate, as well as break out into interactive study groups. The links will be sent in an email the day before and posted on the YOQI FB group. We encourage everyone to participate in real time!

PREPARING FOR THE COSMIC ALIGNMENT

In this webinar we will review Tonify 2 and practice the Cosmic Egg Meditation. The Cosmic Egg represents the energy field surrounding and nurturing us. By tuning into its power, we amplify our ability to manifest intentions, cultivate inner balance, and expand our awareness.

  • Submit Registration Form by January 2, 2025.
  • Watch the M1.3-2 lecture and do the corresponding practice. (If you are just beginning the course, it's ok to skip ahead and watch this to prepare for the webinar!)
  • Optional: Prepare a question you may have about theory or your personal practice.
